We are pleased to invite you to an Open House hosted by Akron Waterways Renewed! and its partners, at the Ohio Interceptor Tunnel (OCIT) Diversion Structure, located at 158 Otto Street, on October 19, 2024.

The event will take place from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, offering an opportunity to learn more about OCIT and the ongoing work on the Northside Interceptor Tunnel (NSIT) from the experts who are leading these vital projects. Representatives from Summit Metro Parks will also be in attendance to provide an in-depth presentation on the removal of the Gorge Dam. Additionally, weather permitting, guests will have the chance to tour the OCIT Diversion Structure.

If you plan to attend, parking will be available off Otto Street, N. Maple Street, and Hickory Street, as well as the Mustill Store Parking lot.
